I’m a fourth-generation Haweater and have always had a deep appreciation for Manitoulin Island and everything it offers. Having grown up here and later returning to build my career, I feel fortunate to work in a place that combines natural beauty, strong community values, and an incredible outdoor lifestyle.
I’ve been a licensed Realtor since 2003 and joined Bousquet Realty in 2008 after gaining valuable experience with Royal LePage in Southern Georgian Bay. Over the years, I’ve worked with many clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives, buying or selling real estate. I believe the role of a Realtor goes far beyond simply completing a transaction. My goal is to act as a guide and trusted resource, making sure my clients feel informed, confident, and supported throughout the entire process.
Staying current with industry legislation, local development, market conditions, and available properties is an important part of my work. I take pride in ensuring my clients understand every step of the process and are aware of potential risks so they can make well-informed decisions.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our blended family, which includes four young adults and three grandchildren. I’m an all-season sports enthusiast and love taking advantage of the many outdoor opportunities Manitoulin Island provides. I’m also an active volunteer in the community of Gore Bay and believe strongly in giving back to the place I’m proud to call home.
